Can I exchange my jewellery at any given time?
You can exchange your jewellery, purchased at Beladamaz, at any given time. Our quality control department will check the returned piece, and value it. Based on that valuation, our sales associates will give you a voucher, which you can consume at any given time.
Which are the opening hours of the shop?
Our shop is open every day of the year, with the exception of the 1st of January. The opening hours are from 10 am till 10pm, with the exception of Fridays from 4pm to 10pm.

What guarantee do I receive with my purchase?
We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured at our shop, or through Mail Order on production of proof of purchase. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
Can all Beladamaz Jewellery rings be sized?
Each ring is individual, and it will depend on its style and design as to whether it can be sized or not.
