Engagement & Wedding Ring Resizing Guide
Worried that the perfect ring won’t fit on your special day? Whether you’re looking for an engagement ring or a wedding band, there are many ways to find your ring size (or your partner’s). Finding someone else’s ring size for a surprise proposal can be a bit tricky. Moreover, Our ring resizing guide covers everything you need to know about resizing engagement and wedding rings.

How to find your partner’s ring size
If you’re planning to propose or buy a wedding ring, finding the right size can be tricky. Here are a few easy ways to figure it out ahead of time:
1. Ask them! – It might seem obvious, but directly asking your partner for their ring size is fine, especially if you’ve talked about getting engaged. You can even ask subtly, like when you’re near a jewelry store, to keep the surprise.
2. Ask their friends or relatives – Your partner’s friends or family might know their ring size. Try asking around for some information.
3. “Borrow” their jewelry – If your partner already wears rings, you’re in luck. “Borrow” a ring they wear on their left hand’s ring finger and take it to a store to find out the size.
It’s better to get an approximate ring size than to buy one that’s too big or small. Furthermore, This makes resizing easier. You can order our free ring sizer tool and find more information in our ring size guide.
How should your engagement ring and wedding rings fit ?

Your engagement and wedding rings should fit comfortably. They should slide on easily with a bit of resistance so they don’t slide off. Check the fit by sliding them on and off. If it takes a couple of seconds and slight pressure to get over your knuckle without getting stuck or needing a lot of force to remove, they fit well. Moreover, It shouldn’t take much effort to remove your rings. Since you’ll wear them all the time, there should be enough room for when your fingers change size due to heat or cold.
